Hi Max! I customize each challenge based on the participants age, weight, height, and gender. It can absolutely help you! The overall program is designed to help participants lose fat and gain muscle, improving their over all level of health. If you are looking to "bulk up" then this isn't particularly for you, its more of a starting point for anyone wanting to get healthy :)
